Return Policy
In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, or if an item is missing from your order, we will send replacements or offer a refund for the damaged or missing product if the customer contacts us via email within 14 days of the package being marked as delivered. Customer photos of the damage products are helpful in the rare occasion a defective batch gets passed quality control and is shipped to a customer.

May I cancel my order and receive a refund?
